I absolutely appreciated your information as I couldn’t get the same from anywhere else. I built a 6 foot cedar fence to replace an ugly rusted wire one and to keep tenants renting nextdoor from being a nuisance. Especially after one time, the person stood there, teasing my dog who was protecting his territory and then was pepper sprayed. Now I have new renters there and they won’t allow me on the other side of the property line, to do maintenance and repairs of which damages were done by the them and not reported to the owner. I don’t mind fixing the fence or paying for expenses. I’ve put up about 190 feet of cedar fence around my property and enjoy doing it. I’m bummed now and won’t be able to work on the fence until they move. It’s been pushed over until two of the rails aren’t connected to the post. It just so happens I installed 3 rails and I had to prop it up so it won’t fall over or do more damage. Any comments or suggestions?
